Sono stati degli Emmy “scontati”, ma nel senso positivo del termine. Tutti ci aspettavamo molte delle vittorie ed è un bene che serie come Succession, Schitt’s Crick e Watchmen abbiano avuto modo di brillare.
Schitt’s Creek, alla sua ultima stagione, si è finalmente guadagnato tutte le statuette che meritava. Anche Watchmen, Regina King e Damon Lindelof hanno portato a casa parecchi premi.
Grande sorpresa e grande gioia per la vittoria di Zendaya, vittoria che dimostra un’apertura – finalmente – della Television Academy nei confronti dei giovani e del genere teen drama (anche se Euphoria, lo sappiamo, è molto più di un teen drama).
